The strategy sets out the develoment initiatives that will be available to members of the SPS over the period to end 2020.  These measures aim to address the needs of the SPS at individual, organisational and systemic levels.

The key meausres that will be available include executive coaching, team coaching mentoring, networking events, Executive Leadership programmes and tailored learning and development sessions.
